A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect overnight Saturday into Sunday.
Some locations could see 5-10 inches of snowfall around the region.
Anticipate travel impacts Saturday night into Sunday.
Conditions on the roadways will be moderate to severe. Do take care on the roads. Limit travel if possible. If you must get out, be sure to have an emergency kit with blankets, food, and water along with any extra medication in case you do get stuck for a while.
Once we head from Sunday into Monday snow showers will begin to taper off around the area. We may see a few snow showers on Sunday night into early Monday morning. Then flurries for the morning hours before the system exits out the region.
As we head into Tuesday things, start to clear up, and temperatures will try to rebound into the 40’s. We may have a few issues with the temperatures on Thursday, but another system comes into the region for next Friday and Saturday. We will see a chance of a wintry mix on Friday, with mostly rain on Saturday.

Saturday night: Mostly cloudy skies with heavy snow at times. Anticipate poor visibility at times. Snow Squall Warnings are possible. Lows will be in the mid to upper 20’s and into the low 30’s. Winds will be out of the east-northeast at 5-10 mph.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy with snow showers about the region. Highs will be in the upper 20’s and lower 30’s. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-10 mph.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with snow showers early. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30’s.
Tuesday: Partly Sunny. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and lower 40’s.
Wednesday: Expect partly sunny skies. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.
Thursday: Partly to Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of a flurry late. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and lower 40’s.
Friday: Anticipate mostly cloudy skies with a chance of a wintry mix. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40’s.
