The spread of COVID-19 has plenty of people worried about the start of college football in the fall.

Penn State Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Sandy Barbour took questions from reporters for about 45 minutes Thursday afternoon. One of the main themes: will Penn State football start on time? What happens if the season is canceled?
