West Virginia suspects arrested in armed robbery, credit card fraud incident

Berkely County Deputies arrested four suspects in connection to an armed robbery. The incident happened last month at a rail station in Linthicum.

Charles Ruark, 19, and Jordan Tate, 22, are being held with counts of credit card fraud and conspiracy. 

Two other suspects Leana Mohn, 18, and Icyes Berry, 19, were also arrested in connection with using credit cards that were taken from the robbery. 

Officials say the suspects robbed two victims at gunpoint in the parking lot of the rail station. 
They also say this incident is still under investigation.
