Pre-trial date moved for woman charged for fire that killed two children

West Virginia

The pre-trial date for a Berkeley County woman charged with murdering her two children in an arson was moved to June 1.

In January of last year, Molly Delgado allegedly set her mobile home on fire. According to court documents, she locked her two children, Justin Delgado, 5, and Delmar Delgado, 3, inside.

Molly’s attorney, Andrew Arnold says the pre-trial was moved because she is currently undergoing a psychiatric evaluation to see if she is competent to stand trial.
