Martinsburg Police shut down two more drug houses with drug house ordinance

This week, the Martinsburg Police Department shut down two more drug houses under their city wide drug house ordinance. 

Both 351 Rick Street and 308 East Burke Street were shutdown, increasing the total number shutdown to 23. Police Chief Maury Richards appeared before Martinsburg magistrate Ella Buckner to obtain abatement orders to address illegal drug activity at the two locations.

Mickey Duncan, of Shenandoah Junction is the owner of the Rick Street property and Darrell Redman is the owner of the property on East Burke Street.
