Martinsburg police arrest two middle school students for weapons

The Martinsburg Police Department arrested two students at North Middle School, who had a toy airsoft pistol and three knives on them. 

The police responded shortly before 3 p.m. today, for report of a juvenile armed with a weapon and found two juvenile boys in the school with school staff.

No threats were made to the staff or students, and no one involved was injured.

The juvenile prosecutor’s office has been contacted regarding possible charges.
