The verdict is in after a week-long trial for a West Virginia man who shot another man multiple times at the Sheetz gas station.
Thirty-six-year old Billy Evans was found guilty on all charges, including attempted first degree murder, malicious assault and wanton endangerment.
Back in January of 2017, Evans and the victim were at the Sheetz register when Evans said he felt harassed and pulled the gun, shooting the victim 5 times also beating him with the gun. Officials say the victim used a pear knife and started stabbing Evans in defense.
Evans faces a minimum of 20 years behind bars and will be sentenced on June 11th.
