A Berkeley County Jury says a West Virginia man is guilty of several sexual abuse charges

BERKELY COUNTY, W.Va. (WDVM)

A Berkeley County Jury alleges a Falling Waters, West Virginia man is guilty of sexual abuse.


Jeremiah Stadtler, 40, was allegedly found guilty of sexual abuse by Person in Position of Trust, Sexual Assault in the Third Degree, Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and Incest. Stadtler faces up to 130 years of incarceration. The next court date for the alleged sexual abuser is on September 23rd.
