Hagerstown man pleads guilty to transporting 12-year-old across state lines for sex

38-year-old Kenneth Ewing faces up to 30 years and a fine of up to $250,000.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A Hagerstown man pleaded guilty to transporting a 12-year-old across state lines for sex. 

The United States Attorney's Office said Kenneth Ewing, 38, was convicted on one count of “transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.” Ewing admitted to transporting a 12-year-old girl from Ranson, West Virginia, to Hagerstown, Maryland to engage in sexual conduct.

He faces up to 30 years.
