Berkeley County man admits to fentanyl charge

MARTINSBURG, W. Va. – An Inwood man has admitted to selling fentanyl, United States Attorney Bill Powell announced.

Herman Govan, 35, pled guilty to one count of distribution of fentanyl. Govan admitted to selling fentanyl in January 2018 in Berkeley County.

Govan faces up to 20 years incarceration according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia.
