Wanted Stafford man turns himself after Bealeton Farm assault

A Stafford man wanted for allegedly beating a man at a Bealeton Farm in October turned himself into the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 7.

On October 22, Juan Jose Pinon Villagomez, 36, allegedly beat a man, and fired a gun without hitting anyone.

He is charged with one count of attempted malicious wounding, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count of use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Juan Carlos Juarez, 41, is charged with malicious wounding.

According to the sheriff’s office, the assault took place at a farm on the 5500 block of Liberty Road around 9 a.m. on October 22. When police arrived, they located the victim and one of the two suspects — Juan Carlos Juarez. They were unable to locate Juan Jose Pinon Villagomez, until Wednesday.

The incident prompted several nearby schools to implement “safety procedures.”
