Virginia woman sentenced for round of robberies

A Middleburg woman has been sentenced to jail for robbing two Clarke County 7-Eleven stores and a Winchester McDonalds in April 2017.

In a Monday plea bargain in Clarke County Circuit Court, Heather Wilt-Michelle Rollins, 36, pleaded guilty to an amended grand larceny charge.

Rollins scuffled with a clerk and stole cigarettes in the first robbery at the 7-Eleven on Harry Byrd Highway. At a different 7-Eeven on that same highway, Rollins jumped a counter and robbed the cash register.

The third robbery was at a Winchester McDonalds on South Pleasant Valley Road, where Rollins claimed to have a pistol under her shirt and stole cash from the drive-thru window.
