Robbers of the 7-Eleven in the City of Fairfax have been arrested


Fairfax City Police arrested two people in connection with an armed robbery at a 7-11 in Fairfax on University Drive.

27-year-old Patrick Michael Smotherman and 42-year-old Kellie Ann Miller were charged with robbery and using or displaying a weapon in the commission of a felony.
The robbery occurred on April 30th at around 4 am when Smotherman allegedly walked into the 7-11 store, took out his gun, and took an undisclosed amount of cash, along with several different types of tobacco products. Smotherman ran out of the store before the police arrived, there were no injuries during the crime.
