Prince William County Police arrested a Manassas man for the alleged sexual assault of a four-year-old girl.
On November 27, detectives from the special victims unit began investigating Castillo Rivera, 53, after the victim disclosed the assault to authorities.
According to Prince William County Police, the investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted by Rivera, a family acquaintance, over the summer.
Rivera was charged with one count of rape and two counts of sodomy. Rivera is being held without bond.
