Police arrest three suspects involved in shooting

The Manassas City Police Department arrested three suspects it believes were involved in the October 17 shooting into an occupied dwelling.

In a crime report released Thursday, police report 28-year-old Winston Harris, 19-year-old Jazmine Kenney and 18-year-old Cinnamon Miller were arrested on October 25.

All three suspects are charged with two counts of aggravated shooting, two counts of the use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling.

The shooting occurred at around 10:30 at night on Veridan Drive in Manassas. No injuries were reported.

“The investigation does remain ongoing and we are encouraging residents or anyone who has information on this to call our Manassas Crime Solvers line at 703-330-0330,” said Public Information Officer Justin Lehman.
