Northern Virginia’s first Taco Bell Cantina opens in Alexandria

More from Northern Virginia

If you love wine, beer, or frozen margaritas, and are looking for some new places to check out while you have downtime this holiday break, you’re in luck!

Virginia and Washington D.C.’s first Taco Bell Cantina, which serves alcoholic drinks, is now open for business. The restaurant is located at Tavern Square on the 400 block of King Street. In addition to the regular taco bell favorites and the drinks, the cantina also offers new sharable items and outdoor seating.

“I love it, i don’t have to go to Kingstowne anymore. 14 years ago when we moved to Old Town and there wasn’t a Taco Bell anywhere around I googled the closest one and I’ve been going to Kingstowne so now I’m so siced. I was there the first two days it opened,” said Alexandria resident, Cheryl Van Coverden.

The restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Outdoor seating is available until 11 p.m.
