Maryland man charged after soliciting bestiality to an undercover officer

A Maryland man faces a felony charge after allegedly soliciting sexual relations with a horse to an undercover officer, according to the Loudoun County Animal Services (LCAS).

James Von Dundas, 67, of North Potomac, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department at Balls Bluff Park on May 2 after he allegedly solicited an undercover LCAS officer.

Von Dundas was released on $2,500 bond and has been prohibited from contacting any kind of animal pending a court appearance.
