Manassas man charged with brandishing a firearm during road rage incident

According to Fairfax County Police, a Manassas man pulled out a gun at another driver, during a rush hour road rage incident Monday evening.

Police said Raymond Foster, 32, was involved in a traffic altercation with another motorist on the 13000 block of Braddock Road around 5:30 p.m., when Foster allegedly pointed a gun at the other driver.

Officers said they stopped Foster, and found a loaded handgun hidden in the car. He has been charged with brandishing a firearm.
