Man found dead in the Shenandoah River


Warren County authorities continue to investigate the possible drowning of a man found dead in the Shenandoah river. 

According to a media release, Warren County dispatchers received a call that a 72-year-old man was missing. The caller suspected that the man might have fallen into the river. Fire and rescue crews began a water search and discovered the body. Responders say he could have been in the river for longer than hour before he was found.
