Man arrested for allegedly assaulting two female servers at Woodbridge restaurant

Prince William County Police have arrested a man, for allegedly assaulting two female servers at a Woodbridge, Va. restaurant early Monday morning.

Police said they were called to the El Pulgarcito Grill on Horner Rd. around 1 a.m. Monday.

Police said Yeison Trujillo Garcia, 31, a customer at the restaurant, had allegedly become intoxicated, and engaged in a physical altercation with two servers. During the altercation, Trujillo Garcia allegedly hit one of the women in the face, then cut her wrist with a broken glass bottle. When another server attempted to intervene, police said Trujillo Garcia assaulted her.

Police are only identifying the servers as a 26-year-old woman, and a 37-year-old woman. Police said both women sustained only minor injuries.

Trujillo Garcia sustained a minor head injury, when he reportedly fell during the altercation.

He has been charged with malicious wounding and assault and battery. He is being held without bound, and is due in court at the end of January.
