Loudoun County teacher arrested for inappropriate communication with students

A Loudoun County teacher has been arrested after allegedly participating in inappropriate communication with students. 

Allison Briel, 25, has been charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police said Briel had inappropriate electronic communication with students at Loudoun County High School where she has been employed as a marketing education teacher since August of 2017. Briel is currently being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $2,500 secured bond.

Loudoun County Public Schools confirmed that she has been suspended.
