LCPS teacher charged for sexual relationship with student

A Loudoun County Public Schools teacher is charged for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student. 

Deputies say, Kimberly Winters, 32, has been charged with indecent liberties by a custodian. 

The alleged relationship involved a student at Park View High School in Sterling.

Winters is accused of having a sexual relationship with the juvenile victim sometime between September 2017 and November 2017.

She is being held at the Loudoun County adult Detention Center on a secure bond.
