Last week, Fairfax County investigators revealed chilling new details about an investigation involving over 100 videos of non-consenting women, most of them in shopping mall dressing rooms.

“The most important thing here is the call to action to the public to contact the police department,” said First Lieutenant Rex Pagerie of the Fairfax County Police Department. “We can’t go forward with charges unless we have a victim that comes forward.”

Five days later and over 100 people have called the hotline — shoppers who frequented Old Navy, H&M and Forever 21 from December 15 to December 24, 2018.

Last week, police identified Fair Oaks, Fair Lakes, and Tysons Malls dressing rooms. Since then, Springfield Mall has been added to the list.

If you believe you may have been filmed, the Fairfax County Police Department’s 24-hour hotline is 703-246-4600 (phone) and 703-718-5806 (text).
