Virginia

A 36-year-old Reston man is accused of hiding a camera inside an air conditioning vent to secretly record a woman.

Police say Raphael Schklowsky has been charged with four misdemeanor counts of unlawful filming.

A woman reported to police that she found the hidden camera in an air conditioning vent at a home where she was working on the 1800 block of Cranberry Lane. Police determined that the device in the home was in the home between April 1 and April 4 and was being used for illegal filming.

Schklowsky, who was also a teacher at Herndon High School was held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on a $5,000 bond. He has since been released.

Fairfax County Public Schools said he has been placed on administrative leave.
