Four take plea deal in federal drug case

Virginia

Four people pleaded guilty to federal drugs charges in the US District Court in Harrisonburg last week, stemming from an ATF raid in Shenandoah County in December.

Dietrich Day, 28, of Dumfries, Virginia; Jonathan Hodges, 30, Front Royal, Virginia; Tiffany Lopez, 30, of Quicksburg, Virginia; and Christian Burhop, 27, of Mount Jackson, Virginia all took plea deals for their roles in a large-scale heroin and methamphetamine operation.

All four defendants face a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison. During the raid, 18 other people were also arrested.
