For some, achieving equality in a workplace setting isn’t the easiest thing to do. This is why the Fairfax County National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is hosting seminars on that subject.
Dozens gathered in Springfield, Virginia to hear what the Fairfax County Chapter of the NAACP is sharing about how to handle workplace discrimination.
The group’s Legal Redress Committee addressed different options and resources that people have to deal with workplace discrimination. Organizers say this offers a solution for many who feel like they are trapped due to discrimination in their workplace.
The Fairfax County NAACP says if people are going through any sort of workplace discrimination, they should contact them.
