Virginia

A drunk driver who fell asleep behind the wheel and killed two people last March pleaded guilty to the crash in Frederick County, Virginia Circuit Court.

Anthony Morris pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence and two counts each of DUI involuntary manslaughter and maiming as a result of  DUI.

Police say Morris did admit to having about four drinks before getting on the road that night. Both 83-year-old Jimmy Kilbourne and his son-in-law, 59-year-old Michael Mercer, lost their lives in the accident.
