Dakota’s Dream Animal Rescue hosts ‘Super Bowl’ fundraiser

Dakota’s Dream Animal Rescue partnered with the Polka Dot Pot to host their first ‘Super Bowl’ fundraiser.

Guests were invited to paint bowls and half of the proceeds went to Dakota’s Dream Animal Rescue. Dakota’s Dream is a no-kill, non-proft animal rescue that works on rehabilitation and finding forever homes for their pets. The event helped raise money for medical bills and treatments for animals that are currently in their care.

‘This is a cute little cat bowl that we have and then we had three different size dog bowls that people could paint and they could pick whatever paint they wanted to, what color they wanted to do, design they wanted to do,” said Dakota’s Dream Animal Rescue president Alicia Aston.

The Polka Dot Pot has been selling cat and dog bowls all month, so half of all proceeds made up until today will benefit Dakota’s Dream Animal Rescue.
