Two brothers are facing multiple felony charges after Fairfax County police recovered guns, body armor, and $80,000 worth of drugs from their home in Reston.
Last month, the Fairfax County SWAT team, armed with a search warrant, found seven pounds of marijuana, 250 hash oil cartridges and a rifle, shotgun, handgun, and body armor.
27-year-old Jonathan Dailey is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possessing a gun with drugs. His brother, 22-year-old Timothy Dailey is also charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and to distribute hash oil.
The arrests followed a tip from a neighbor. “Vehicles were reported to be arriving for just a short period of time in front of a particular residence,” said Second Lieutenant John Lieb. “Officers investigated the matter and determined that narcotics activity was occurring.”
