Boil water advisory lifted in Front Royal

The boil water advisory in Front Royal has been lifted. 

Customers on West Duck Street and the Hensel Stone area, no longer need to boil or treat tap water for drinking or cooking. The Virginia Department of Health tested the water for bacteria and the results came back negative.

Officials want to ensure residents that at no time did the town of Front Royal water have evidence of harmful substances and there are no more restrictions in place.
