At just 15-years-old, Alana Andrews is the CEO and founder of her own company and a published author of two books. She’s been at it since she was 7-years-old.
“In the morning [my parents] would play positive music for us. They would always tell us that we were filled with greatness, that we were beautiful, and that we can do anything we put our minds to,” said Andrews. “As I grew up, I realized how some people didn’t have that attitude.”
So Positive, LLC teaches young girls how to be confident. Alana and a group of girls from her high school present for fifth grade students at a neighboring elementary school.
The high school freshman also has a song on iTunes she co-wrote with her mom at age 7. Andrews also produced an online talk show when she was 9-years-old.
Andrews says her dream is to go to Stanford and to meet former First Lady Michelle Obama, whom she says, she is often compared to.
