Ahead of Veterans Day, the West Virginia State Parks are doing something special for those who have served.

Veterans who are looking to get away between Nov. 1 and Nov. 15 will get 50-percent off on lodge rooms and cabins.

On Oct. 23, 2018 Gov. Jim Justice (R-WV) tweeted about the deal.

When booking reservations online use the code VETERAN. The parks will be requesting military or veteran ID upon checking in.  The deal cannot be used with other discounts and is subject to availability and regular minimum stay requirements.
