West Virginia University announced an interim suspension for multiple students involved in a weekend incident that left a student in critical condition at the Sigma Alpha Epilson fraternity house.
David Rusko, 22, of Uniontown Pennsylvania, fell down stairs at the fraternity house Saturday and was injured. He remained in critical condition Wednesday night.
A WVU Police investigation revealed that students waited more than two hours to call 911, according to university officials.
The students, along with the fraternity itself, are suspended on an interim basis as of Thursday.
The fraternity’s office issued cease and desist notice following communication with the university, as well.
