The Waynesboro Summer Jubilee kicks off on Fourth of July

Waynesboro, Pa. – The Waynesboro Summer Jubilee starts on Saturday.  The event offers live entertainment, food, drink, and craft vendors throughout the day, and concludes with the annual 30-minute fireworks display at dusk. The event will also feature a 1 mile Kid’s Run and a 5k run starting around 7:30 a.m. Organizers say they expect more than 10,000 people to come out and enjoy the festivities, on E. Main Street in Waynesboro. The event is partnering with the St. Andrews Catholic Church for a food drive. All residents are asked to donate one of two non-perishable food items on Saturday.
