Wanted: Man who failed to register as a sex offender

Chambersburg police are searching for a man who failed to register as a sex offender.

Cleo Brown, 45, has an active warrant out for his arrest for failing to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements. Anyone with any information is asked to call the police.
