Franklin County man sentenced to 7 1/2 to 20 years for a 2017 fatal shooting

A judge sentenced a Franklin County man in the 2017 fatal shooting of Tyson Hettenschuller.
 
Sean Atkins, 20, was sentenced to serve between 7 1/2 to 20 years.
 
Back in June of 2017, police were called to Garber Street in Chambersburg for a shooting. Police say there was fight that broke out and as a result, Tyson Hettenschuller was killed. Atkins was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter back in March.
