Ex-owner of Chambersburg restaurant busted for allegedly stealing credit card info from customers

Pennsylvania

A restaurant owner was busted for allegedly stealing credit card information from customers. She is in jail, and unable to post bail.

The ex-owner of Rosalie’s Grill in Chambersburg, 51-year-old Martina Lebo is charged with two felony counts of access device fraud, according to court records.

A statement from the restaurant manager says:

“We cannot comment on these charges, but hope they get resolved soon. Martina agreed to terminate her lease on the first week of June, earlier this year. We closed for two weeks and reopened as ‘Rosalie’s Grill’ on June 13th.  We have invested in renovations, operational improvements and more importantly, our people. While rebranding the business as just ‘Rosalie’s Grill,’ we would like to let folks know that although there’s a new look, it’s the same cook, Rosalie. Who everyone loves.”

“More importantly, we hope that these charges do not negatively impact our business. Our employees work hard to deliver on our mission; provide the best quality food and service to this community.”

Lebo’s preliminary hearing is set for August 28.
