HAGERSTOWN, Md. (WDVM) — A preliminary hearing in the Ahmaud Arbery murder case is underway in Glynn County, GA.
Officials say, will be the first time that all three suspects will be together in court. Gregory McMichael and his son Travis McMichael were arrested on May 7 in the shooting death of Arbery. According to officials, the father and son are facing murder and aggravated assault charges. The third suspect in the case who recorded the shooting William Bryan was arrested last month on felony murder charges.
