Missing Montgomery County man is found

UPDATE: Webster has been found.

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding a 73-year-old missing man with dementia.

They said Gerald Webster, of Kensington, was last seen leaving his home on the 3,000-block of McComas Avenue on Friday night, around 5:15 p.m. He told a friend he was taking a bus to the area of Georgia Avenue, but has not been seen since.

He suffers from dementia, and uses a silver-colored walker to get around. Webster is described as black, about 5’8″ and 100 pounds. He has short gray hair, brown eyes and a gray-colored goatee, and was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. If you have any info, you’re asked to call Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.
