Trammel Crow project confirmed in Washington County

Maryland

The Washington County Board of Commissioners closed its deal with Trammel Crow along Crayton Boulevard.

Trammel Crow is one of the investors that is expected to bring 400 to 600 jobs to Washington County.

Washington County unveiled the first project which will extend Crayton Boulevard. Crayton Boulevard will then connect to Showalter Road and provide an access point to Hagerstown Regional Airport.

“We are going to be building areas where more development can come in and more jobs which create a better tax base so it’s just lots of positives,” said Susan Small, Washington County official.
