A 32-year-old man will spend the next 16 years in prison for sex trafficking a minor.
In 2015, Richard Small of Hagerstown, otherwise known as “Maserati”, transported a 15-year-old and 17-year-old girl from Pennsylvania to Maryland. According to his plea agreement, he made each minor engage in commercial sex acts in hotels and kept the money they made.
Small was arrested in 2015, but continued to prostitute the victims with the help of another adult female prostitute who worked for him.
Following his sentence, he will spend ten years on supervised release.
