Gun shots fired through Hagerstown home, no injuries


Maryland State Police are investigating gun shots that were fired into a home on the corner of Jefferson and Pangborn Boulevard. 

Police responded to the call around 7 a.m. Friday.

People were inside the residence when the shots were fired, but no one was hurt.

The incident occurred about a half mile away from Pangborn Elementary School. 

Trooper Brock Marquis of Maryland State Police said, “We were dispatched for a call for possible shots fired into a residence. It was dispatched around 7 o’clock this morning and we are at the corner of Jefferson and Pangborn. No one was hurt. It is under investigation right now, no more details.”

Police currently have no leads as to where the shots came from. If anyone has any information about the incident, they encouraged to call the Maryland State Police department in Hagerstown.
