After weeks of rain, there is severe damage to the Washington County area.
According to the Washington County Board of Commissioners, there is enough public damage from flooding for Washington and Frederick Counties to be eligible for 75 percent of their eligible costs to be reimbursed.
With a reimbursement coming from FEMA, local governments would only have to cover 25 percent of the costs.
