D.C. Corrections Officer sentenced for human trafficking of a minor

We have new details on a D.C. corrections officer that was involved in serious human trafficking charges in 2018.
Police say 23-year-old Luis Privado was sentenced to 25 years with all but five years suspended.
He will be placed on 5 years of supervised probation with no contact with the victims, or anyone under the age of 18.
Police say Privado, the corrections officer from D.C. and 40-year-old Abiathar Vance, also of Washington D.C. were arrested by Frederick police last month, after detectives say they were linked to the trafficking of a 16-year-old girl. Officials say Privado must register as a level 2 sex offender.
