Over 50 Cumberland, Maryland residents have filed reports of debit and credit card fraud after using several automated teller machines (ATMs) in the area, according to the Cumberland City Police.

Police believe that the suspect has altered the ATMs to steal personal information and withdraw cash from the victims’ accounts.

Investigation is still underway, and police urge Cumberland residents to contact authorities if they notice any altercations to an ATM.
