Car flips driving on Dual Highway

Maryland

Police responded to a flipped car on the Dual Highway Saturday night, and the driver walked away with minor injuries

According to Hagerstown Police, the driver said he swerved to avoid hitting an animal before hitting a pot hole, crashing into the median and flipping.

No other cars were involved and the driver only had minor cuts and scratches.

Police on scene said they tested the driver for substances and alcohol but found no traces.

They are now investigating the crash and believe speed was a factor.

No charges are pending at this time.
