A new customer call center is coming to Hagerstown, just in time for tax season!
Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot said the new call center in Hagerstown will add 12 full-time jobs to the area.
The plan is for the center to open in early January of next year at 33 W. Franklin Street, right in downtown Hagerstown.
The center will not only be available to answer questions to those in the Hagerstown area but the whole State of Maryland this coming tax season.
The comptroller’s new regional branch office is located on 1850 Dual Highway in Hagerstown.
