Man pleads not guilty in I-81 road rage killing

News

A man who was charged with first-degree murder in Franklin County for a road rage incident that turned fatal pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.

John Strawser was not in court Wednesday but he did plead not guilty for the murder of 28-year-old Timothy Davison and is scheduled back in court Feb. 19.

Strawser tracked Davison from interstate 81 in Virginia to Pennsylvania and ran Davison off the road at exit 3 in Greencastle back in January 201, said Officials. He then came back to shoot and kill Davison who was driving to Maine.

They also said Strawser looked for someone else in a similar vehicle and killed the wrong person.
