One person is dead after a fire tore through a home in Fairfax County, Virginia Wednesday morning.

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Battalion Chief Willie Bailey said crews were dispatched to a home on the 7200 block of Beverly Park Drive in Springfield, Va. around 11:30 a.m. When they arrived, fire was coming out of every side, and each floor, of the two-story home.

Bailey said firefighters were able to make an “aggressive attack,” extinguishing the fire within 15 minutes. During their primary search, crews found one person dead.

Officials have not released the victim’s identity. The cause of the fire is remains under investigation.
