Moving Mondays: At-Home Workout

HAGERSTOWN, Md. — Barbie Markey joined Michelle and Thao in the studio Monday morning to discuss exercises you can do using only a chair!

Barbie says, “the key for this workout is the timing – it’s an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 7 minutes total and 10 reps for each move [which means] that you keep going through all 4 moves for the whole 7 minutes without rest.
